摘　　要：从建构主义学习理论出发,从学生、环境和教师三个角度分析了建构主义学习理论在多媒体网络环境下大学英语听说教学的应用,并提出了教学过程中应注意的问题。On the basis of Constructivist Learning Principles, the author analyzes the implication of these principles in the college English listening ＆ speaking teaching and learning in multi - media and network from the following three aspects： students, environment and teachers. And the author provides two points in teaching process that we should attach attention to.
