骨桥蛋白与VEGF在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变前房液中的表达

摘　　要：目的:骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与增生性疾病关系密切,我们实验的目的是分析增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreous retinopathy,PVR)前房液中OPN与VEGF的水平,探讨OPN,VEGF与PVR之间的相关性。方法:取2007-06/2008-07总共17例PVR病例的前房液样本(A组),20例年龄相关性白内障病例前房液样本(B组),采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)同时定量测定前房液OPN及VEGF浓度。结果:前房液中:A组OPN浓度377.0±56.6ng/mL,VEGF浓度521.1±92.4ng/mL;B组OPN浓度286.5±49.3ng/mL,VEGF浓度249.0±83.3ng/mL。A组较B组OPN表达升高(P<0.05),VEGF表达增高(P<0.05)。结论:PVR时前房液中OPN与VEGF水平增高,说明OPN与VEGF在PVR的发生、发展中可能起到促增生的作用。AIM ： To analyze the osteopontin （OPN） and the VEGF in the hydatoid of patients with proliferative vitreous retinopathy （PVR）, and to explore the association between OPN, VEGF and the development of PVR. METHODS： Among seventeen cases of hydatoid samples were obtained from June 2007 to July 2008. Which contains 17 with PVR （group A） and 20 without PVR（group B, normal group）. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay systems were applied to quantify the OPN and VEGF concentrations in hydatoid. RESULTS： The OPN levels in the hydatoid were 377.0 ± 56.6ng/mL in group A and 286. 5 ± 49.3ng/mL in group B. The VEGF levels in the hydatoid were 521.1 ± 92.4ng/mL in group A and 249. 0 ± 83. 3ng/mL in group B. The hydatoid levels of OPN and VEGF in PVR were significantly higher than those in normal group. CONCLUSION： The high hydatoid levels of OPN and VEGF in PVR suggest that OPN and VEGF probably promote the development of the PVR.
