小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法:对老年性白内障患者172例172眼,排除术前合并其他眼疾和不适宜手术的患者。麻醉按白内障手术常规。术前充分散瞳,在手术显微镜下完成手术。结果:术后各期视力恢复情况:172例172眼手术后1wk;1,3mo后,视力均有大幅度提高。其中术后1wk,裸眼视力>0.5(93%),>0.8(7%)。术后1mo,视力>0.6(24%),>0.8(43%),>1.0(33%)。术后3mo,视力>0.8(29%),>1.0(71%)。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术有切口愈合快、术后反应小、减少术后散光,易于防止和处理术中发生的暴发性脉络膜上腔出血,其并发症少等优点。AIM： To investigate the clinical effect of the small incision non-phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. METHODS： Among a hundred and seventy-two cases （172 eyes） with senile cataract, we exclude patients with other eye diseases before surgery and patients unfit. Anesthesia according to conventional cataract surgery. Preoperative pupil dilation fully in operation under the operating microscope. RESULTS. The postoperative visual recovery phases： postoperative 1 week, 1 month and 3 months, 172 cases＇ vision has a substantial increase. 1 week after which the uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 accounted for 93%, 7% more than 0.8. 1 month vision, 24% more than 0.6, 43% more than 0.8, 33% more than 1.0. 3 months vision, 29% more than 0. 8, 71% more than 1.0.CONCLUSION： The small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery has the advantage of faster wound healing, postoperative reactions, reduce postoperative astigmatism, easy to prevent and deal with outbreaks that occurred during operation of choroidal hemorrhage, such as its advantages with few complications.
