滇产草果的精油成分

摘　　要：研究了滇产１６个草果（Ａｍｏｍｕｍｔｓａｏ－ｋｏ）样品，测定了干果及茎叶的精油含量。干果的精油含量在１．５６％～１．７４％之间，茎叶的精油含量为０．０８５％～０．１１％。从它们的精油中鉴定了近８０种化学成分，主要是１，８－桉油素、柠檬醛、香叶醇、反－２－十一烯醛、２－癸烯醛。In this paper, 16 samples of Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemairs from Yunnan Pronvince were studied. The essential oil yield of dried fruit, leaf and stem were determined. The essential oil yield of the dry fruit, leaf and stem are about 1.56%～1.74%, and 0.085%～ 0.11%, respectively. 80 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from their essential oil, among them, 1, 8-cineol, 2-decenal, β-pinene, citral, geraniol , trans-2-undecenal are main constituents.
