摘　　要：通过分析产品创新项目在不同阶段面临的风险,以及风险逐级传递的递延属性,选用区间数表示风险的属性值,进而建立区间数变权决策模型,以求较准确地识别风险的发生环节,并通过实例验证了该方法的合理性。According to analysis of risks in different stages of product innovation and risk attributes in different stages, this paper chooses interval number to denote the risk attributes delivered and extended value and establishes an interval number variable weight decision model as to identify the possible place where risks might occur. Finally ,an example is taken to verify the rationality of this method.
