摘 要:利用车辆多刚体动力学与浮置板轨道段组合单元的车轨系统竖向振动分析模型,研究车辆移动荷载作用下浮置板厚度、轨下扣件刚度、橡胶支座刚度对轨道结构竖向振动的影响。在此基础上,提出浮置板厚度、轨下扣件刚度、橡胶支座刚度的合理取值范围。研究结果表明:随着浮置板的厚度增加,浮置板的位移和加速度呈下降趋势,橡胶支座反力则增大,但对钢轨的影响不大,浮置板厚度应取为0.3—0.5m较合适;轨下扣件刚度对钢轨和轮轨竖向作用力影响较大.对浮置板影响很小,轨下扣件刚度应取较小值,以40MN/m为宜;橡胶支座刚度对浮置板和钢轨的动力学响应及橡胶支座反力和轮轨竖向作用力都有很大影响,橡胶支座刚度应优选20MN/m左右较合理。According to the vertical vibration model of multi - rigid dynamics of vehicle and floating slab track segment element, the dynamic responses of vertical vibration of floating slab track with floating slab thickness, fastening stiffness under rail, rubber support stiffness changing were investigated under moving train loads. Further, the reasonable ranges of the floating slab thickness, fastening stiffness under rail and rubber support stiffness were put forward. The results are as follows, When the other parameters are the same, with the increase of floating slab thickness, the dynamic response of floating slab decreases. The rubber support forces increases, and the dynamic response of rail varies slightly. The reasonable range of floating slab thickness is 0.3 - 0.5 m. With fastening stiffness under rail varying, the dynamic response of rail and wheel/rail vertical force varyies sharply, and the dynamic response of floating slab varies slightly. The reasonable fastening stiffness under rail is 40 MN/ m. With the rubber support stiffness varying, the dynamic response of floating slab, rail, rubber support forces and wheel/rail vertical force change obviously, and the reasonable rubber support stiffness is 20 MN/m.
