摘　　要：目前,无线网络正在迅速发展,2.5G无线网络已经投入实际应用,3G无线网络也正在酝酿之中,而且移动设备的性能也在不断增强。E-Learning充分利用现代信息技术所提供的具有全新沟通机制与丰富资源的学习环境,通过互联网或其他数字化媒体进行学习与教学活动,实现了一种全新的学习方式。因此,系统借助.NET平台,利用WebService技术低成本地实现不同应用系统之间的松耦合,设计和实现了一个能应用在无线移动设备上的支持实时语音交流的移动学习系统。Recently,wireless network is growing rapidly,for the 2.5G wireless network has already opened to the public and the 3G network will soon be deployed. Besides,mobile devices are becoming more and more powerful. E-learning is the activity that conducts the education and study through internet and other digital media, which realizes a kind of brand-new study method with new communication mechanism and abundant resources provided by the modern information technology. Therefore, on the. NET platform and with the help of Web Services which integrates different application systems with loose coupling at low cost, a mobile learning system that supports real-time audio interaction applying on mobile devices was designed and implemented.
