摘　　要：越来越多的复杂产品系统提供商趋向于为客户提供集成解决方案来增加竞争优势.在对国外复杂产品系统集成解决方案的相关文献进行梳理的基础上,介绍了复杂产品系统集成解决方案的起源、内涵,综述了复杂产品系统集成解决方案商业模式、复杂产品系统集成解决方案提供商的能力需求和为客户创造的价值等方面的研究现状,列举了一些成功案例来说明复杂产品系统企业应用集成解决方案的状况,并提出对我国相关领域研究的建议.More and more complex product systems （COPS） providers tend to offer customers integrated solutions （IS） to increase competitive advantage. On the basis of sorting out foreign relevant literature about IS in COPS, it describes the source and meaning of IS in COPS, and summarizes roundly actuality of study about the following aspects such as the business model, the providers＇ capabilities, the value to customers of IS in COPS, and enumerates several successful cases to illustrate the application status of integration solutions in CoPS enterprises. Then some suggestions are put forward for related research.
