摘  要:介绍了可调空气进口导叶(inlet guide vane,IGV)在燃气轮机控制中的作用及其逻辑控制原理,分析了IGV开度对燃气轮机转速、控制信号输出、排气温度、热通道温度等参数的影响。针对机组进入叶片通道温度控制模式后升负荷过慢的现象,通过分析逻辑控制曲线确定产生这一现象的主要原因是压气机空气流通量不足,根据排气温度、热通道温度随IGV开度变化而变化的特点,采取了调整IGV开度函数的燃气温度函数曲线等措施来解决机组升负荷缓慢的问题。The role of adjustable air inlet guide vane (IGV) in the control of gas turbine and its logic control principle are described. The effects of IGV opening on such parameters as gas turbine rotary speed, control signal output (CSO), exhaust temperature and heat passage temperature are described. Aiming at the excessively slow voltage rise of unit after entering the control mode of blade passage temperature, an analysis is made of the logic control curve; the major reason was deemed to be the inadequate air flow in the air compressor. As per the characteristic of exhaust temperature and heat passage temperature varying with the change of IGV opening, the problem of slow voltage rise has been solved by taking measures such as regulating the gas temperature functional curve of IGV opening function.
