摘　　要：目的提高在职继续医学教育培训工作效率，为医院感染预防控制提供理论依据与技术指导。方法在医院感染监控管理系统上，构建医院感染知识在线培训子系统，实现医院感染知识在线培训、网上考核及痕迹管理。结果该系统为医院感染知识继续教育提供了便捷有效的培训途径，对医务人员在职学习起到了监督和督促作用。结论应用计算机网络技术，为医院感染知识继续教育提供网络信息交流平台，为医务人员的在职学习提供方便，有利于增强医务人员医院感染的防控意识。Objective To improve the working efficiency of the on-the-job continuous education training, in order to provide theoretical and technological guidance for nosocomail infection work. Methods Based on the nosocomail infection surveillance and management system, the continuous education training subsystem was designed to give knowledge about nosocomail infection on-line, to examine in network, and to carry out mark of study management. Results The system provide a way of training of nosocomail infection, and play supervise role in medical worker＇s continuous learning. Conclusions Application of computer network technique give a exchange platform for nosocomail infection information, afford medical staff convenient way for on-the-job leaning. It is beneficial for strengthening the awareness of prevention and control on nosocomail infection among the medical staff.
