摘　　要：调查表明,农业院校工科大学生创造潜力受思维定势影响很大,通过有意识传授创造技法和技能、建立有创新理念的教师队伍和形成创新环境可有效地提高学生的创造能力。Based on the investigations results,the thinking tendency show effect on the creativity potential of engineering specialty undergraduates at Agricultural University. The creativity of undergraduate can be effectively improved by means of consciously imparting creativity technique, building teacher groups with creativity ideas and constructing creativity environment.
