校外实习体系建设与应用型人才培养——以台州学院经贸管理学院为例

摘　　要：校外实习是实践教学的重要组成部分,台州学院经贸管理学院立足台州,在校外实习体系建设上作了有益的探索,校外实习体系包括规划体系和基地体系。规划体系依次包括认知实习、专业实习和自主实习等环节;按照"立足台州、辐射浙江",形成了较为完善的基地体系,并根据产业发展情况,实施动态管理,提高实习基地的有效性;通过师生互动、专业互动、知行互动,不断提高实践效果。Off - campus practice is an essential part of practice teaching. School of Economy and Trade Management of Taizhou University made some valuable exploration on the construction of external practice system by basing itself in the Taizhou area. The external practice system consists of the planning system and the base system. The planning system is composed of the following phases ： cognitive practice, specialized practice, graduation practice and autonomous practice. In accordance with the principle ＂basing in Taizhou city and radiating across Zhejiang province＂, a rather full -fledged base system has been constituted and managed dynamically according to the situation of the industrial development, so as to make use of the practice bases more effectively. By way of interaction between the teachers and the students, interaction between different majors and interaction between knowledge and action, the effect of practice has been improved constantly.
