摘  要:本文研究了由力—行程曲线求得的卸载梯度和包括模具在内的系统刚度对冲裁加工振动与噪声的影响,探讨了卸载梯度和系统刚度之间的关系对冲裁加工振动的影响,理论上给出了有效降低冲裁加工中振动时两者之间的最佳关系值。通过在不同刚度的压力机上进行同样的冲裁加工,对上述理论结果进行了噪声实验验证。This paper studied the effects of the unload gradient which attained from the forcestroke curve and the system rigidity that included equipment and die on vibration and noise in blanking.It also studied the effection law of the relation between unload gradient and vibrationsystem rigidity on vibration,and provided the best reletion value between these two factors to make the vibration decrease efficiently theoretically. Moreover,it testified the above conclusion by noise experiment,which is done using two presses of unequal rigidity for same blanking process.
