摘 要:[目的]探索氨基酸螯合微肥对蔬菜的生物学效应。[方法]采用盆栽试验,设不同浓度氨基酸螯合微肥(稀释100、500和700倍)3种处理和不同微肥4个处理分别对芹菜和小白菜叶面喷施,进行氨基酸螯合微肥施用效果试验。[结果]3种浓度处理中,氨基酸螯合微肥稀释500倍和700倍喷施于芹菜的处理均有显著的增产作用,以稀释500倍液的效果最为显著,施肥的最佳时期为蔬菜生长营养期。4种微肥处理中,氨基酸螯合微肥的肥效显著高于氨基酸、氯化铵和微量元素肥料,说明氨基酸螯合微肥中的氯化铵、微量元素和氨基酸这些成分被作物吸收后出现了互补增效现象。[结论]氨基酸螯合微肥在促进芹菜和小白菜的生长发育、增加产量、改善品质方面具有显著作用。[ Objective] The research aimed to explore the biological effect of chelated with amino acids (TFCAA) on vegetable. [ Method ] The application effect of TFCAA was tested by adopting potted plant experiment, 3 treatments with different concn, of TFCAA diluted at 100, 500 and 700 times and 4 treatments with different trace-element fertilizer was set up to spray on leaves of celery and pakchoi resp. [ Result] In 3 concn, treatments, applying TFCAA diluted at 500 and 700 times on celery all had significant effect of yield increase, and the effect of 500 times dilution was most evident, and the optimum fertilization time was the vegetable growth nutrient period. In 4 kinds of trace-element fertilizer treatments, the fertilizer efficiency of TFCAA was obviously higher than the fertilizers of amino acid, ammonium chloride and trace-element, indicating that ammonium chloride, trace-element and amino acid in TFCAA had phenomena of complementary and higher efficiency after these compositions were absorbed by crops. [ Conclusion] TFCAA had significant effect in the aspects of promoting growth of celery and pakchoi, increasing yield and improving quality.
