摘　　要：通过定量分析研究,了解就业及考研对临床实习的影响程度,发现考研及找工作对临床实习的负面影响主要表现在临床操作能力上,挖掘出矛盾的内在联系和根源,并提出相应对策。This paper presents an analysis made between the clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination competition and employment pressure in medical students. The＂job hunting＇and＂postgraduate entrance examination competition＇have become the chief negative factors affecting the medical practice educational efficacy, especially the clinical operation ability. The inner counections and root causes among them have been found and suggestions, which might solve this contradiction, are given in this paper.
