晚播对萝卜子一代苗期生理生化指标的影响

摘  要:以"心里美"萝卜为材料,研究了晚播导致亲代营养生长期经低温短光照胁迫对子代种子萌发以及苗期抗氧化酶活性等的影响。结果表明,处理组萝卜种子发芽指数以及幼苗活力指数、鲜重和根长与同期对照组(CK2)相比没有显著性差异,处理组苗高显著高于亲代对照组(CK1和CK2);处理组子叶的POD活性和根部可溶性蛋白含量显著高于CK2;根和下胚轴的α-淀粉酶活性显著高于CK2;POD和α-淀粉酶同工酶谱带在处理组、CK1和CK2同一器官间差异不明显。由此推论,亲代营养生长期经低温短光照胁迫对萝卜子代种子活力以及苗期生长没有显著的远期影响。Chinese red radish (Raphanus sativus L. ) were used to study the effect of generation seed germination as well as seedling stage anti-oxidation enzyme activity and so on ,the parental generation vegetal period were treated with low temperature and weak light. The result indicated that radish germination index ,the seedling vigor index, the fresh weight and root length of the treatment group have not the significance difference comparing with the control group (CK2). Seedling height of the treatment group obviously is higher than control group of parental generation (CK1 and CK2) . POD of cotyledon and soluble protein content of the root in treatment group obviously are higher than CK2. Activity of α-amylase in the root and hypocotyl obviously are higher than CK2. POD and α- amylase isozyme bands in the treatment group, CK1 and the CK2 are not obvious in the same organ. In conclution the forward influence of low temperature and weak light treatment is not remarkable.
