胃癌组织中MUC4和VEGF的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨MUC4和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达及其与生物学之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测86例胃癌组织中MUC4和VEGF的表达。结果VEGF在正常胃黏膜中没有表达;MUC4在胃癌中的表达率为94.2%(81/86);VEGF在胃癌中的表达率为84.9%(73/86)。MUC4和VEGF与胃癌组织分化、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),且MUC4与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.01);但二者的表达与患者年龄、性别差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论MUC4和VEGF是胃癌发生发展中的重要因子,在胃癌的侵袭转移中起重要作用,MUC4和VEGF的联合表达与胃癌的浸润转移密切相关。[Objective] To investigate the significance of MUC4 and VEGF expression in gastric carcinomas. [Methods] The MUC4 and VEGF were detected by immunohistoehemistry in 86 patients with gastric carcinoma. [Results]The positive rate of the MUC4 in gastric carcinoma was 94.2%, and the VEGF were 84.9% respectively. VEGF were not detected in normal gastric mucosa. The expression of MUC4 and VEGF were strongly related to the tissue differentiations, depth of invasion, and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric carcinomas （P 〈0.05）. There has positive relationship between expressions of MUC4 and VEGF （P 〈0.01）. However, MUC4 and VEGF had no significant difference with patients＇ age and gender （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Both MUC4 and VEGF are important factors in the formation of gastric carcinoma, good marker of its invasion and metastasis.
