摘　　要：美国主导的金融自由化是世界金融危机的祸根。放松金融管制,全球化得到迅速推动,同时也使金融投机盛行起来。今天国际金融的发展与世界经济中的贸易和生产性实体投资不再有一种直接的联系,投机性交易占居主导地位,它损害了经济发展的基础。金融全球化和金融自由化的强势发展,与美国近年来的贸易赤字和财政赤字不断上升存在着某种必然的联系,美国已经把全球经济与美国的利益捆绑在一起了。美国自身的问题,却让世界经济受到拖累,并且影响了其他国家的经济发展。US-ed financial liberalization is the bane of the world financial crisis. Globalization has been rapidly promoted because of the financial deregulation and financial speculation has become prevalent. Today, the development of international finance no longer has a direct connection with the trade and productive entities investment in world economy. The dominant speculative transactions undermines the foundation of economic development. The strong development of financial globalization and financial liberalization are clearly connected with the rising trade deficit and fiscal deficit in the United States. America＇s own problems affect world economy and the economic development of other countries.
