汽车油箱防静电放电结构设计

摘　　要：随着个人乘用车的日益普及,汽车使用安全性正日益受到重视。文章结合上海大众的电磁兼容实践,首先就油箱上静电荷积累以及静电放电的形成机理进行了简要论述,随之针对如何通过在油箱和车身间建立起静电荷转移通道、如何通过油箱加油口结构设计建立车身积累静电荷预释放通道以及克服燃油加注过程中新的静电荷积累和放电问题进行了详细论述。The principle of electrostatic gathering on tank and ESD establishment is briefly described combined with the EMC - practice in Shanghai VW. Subsequently, how to build up the transfer path between vehicle body and tank, how to build up a pre -transfer path for electrostatic gathered on vehicle body and how to solve the problem of the new electrostatic gathering and discharge are detailed.
