摘 要:提出对X射线焊缝图像进行图像处理以判断焊缝质量,首先利用Sobel算子确定焊缝位置。在明确了焊缝位置后,通过试验发现气孔处图像的灰度值较焊缝的灰度值至少高出5,根据气孔的这一视觉效果,通过计算焊缝内有无灰度值高出周围像素点灰度值至少5的方法来判断是否有气孔,因此计算速度快。在该算法的基础上,利用多线程技术实现了一种焊缝气孔检测系统。实际计算表明,上述所提到的算法和所开发的系统可行、有效。The quality of weld was detected by an image-processing algorithm. In the presented algorithm, Sobel operator was the first used to decide the position of weld. By experiments, it was found that the gray value in the position of blowhole was larger than the gray value in the position of weld at least 5. So, by examining whether there existed a region whose gray value was larger than the gray value of other parts of weld at least 5, the algorithm could detect blowhole in the weld. Based on the algorithm, an blowhole detecting system was realized. The multi-threading technology which could increase validity was used in the system. Application results showed that this algorithm and detecting system were feasible and effective.
