摘　　要：肺干细胞(lung stem cells)是指在特定条件下能分化为功能性肺组织,在维持肺组织更新和肺损伤修复中起着重要作用的细胞。近年来对肺干细胞的研究已取得了很大的进展,该文就肺干细胞的来源、分离方法、应用以及肺癌干细胞等方面的研究进展作如下综述。Lung stem cells are cells which can differentiate into functional lung cells and play an important role in lung repair and renewal. Recently, great progress in the research of lung stem cells have been made. This review is about the progress of research in classification, sorting methods, application, and lung cancer stem cells.
