摘　　要：采用文献资料,实地考察等方法,针对高校体育产业开发的优势、机遇和基础设施作了分析和论证。目前我国高校体育产业处于发展的初级阶段,其潜力和发展优势正逐渐显现出来。应抓住高校改革和扩招的历史机遇,开拓高校体育消费市场,提高高校体育设施的利用率,最大限度发挥高校专业人才优势,并充分利用体育赞助促进高校体育水平提高,进一步培养和开发高校体育市场,实现高校体育产业的超常规发展。The article makes an analysis and demonstration of the advantages, opportunities and infrastructures of the development of college P.E. industry through ways of literature review and field survey. Nowadays, the development of college P.E. industry in ou.r country is still in the first phase, with its potentials and advantages appearing gradually. We should catch the historical opportunities of the reform and expanding enrollment of colleges, increase the using rate of the college P.E. equipment, make exertions of the talents in colleges, promote the improvement of college P. E. skills by making full use of P.E. sponsors, further bring up and open the college P.E. market and realize the supernatural development of college P.E. industry.
