食管癌穿孔手术后并发症的观察和护理

摘  要:目的 加强手术后监护和落实有效护理措施,降低食管癌穿孔术后并发症的发生率和死亡率.方法严密监测呼吸和循环功能.加强呼吸道管理、营养支持,预防控制感染,加强脓胸患者的护理,严格食管外置和胃造瘘术患者的管理.结果 有效控制了并发症的发生率(38.9%,7/18),降低了死亡率(11.1%,2/18).结论严密的手术后监护和落实有效地护理措施,可有效地预防或减少食管癌穿孔术后并发症的发生,降低死亡率.PURPOSETo strengthen postoperative nursing care and accomplish effective nursing measures for the lowering of the morbidity and mortality of complications after operation on perforation of carcinoma of esophagus. METHODS Strict observation of the respiratory and circulatory functions, careful management of the respiratory tract, nutritional replenishment, prevention and control of infection, meticulous nursing care of pyothorax patients and strict management of patients with esophageal exteriorization and gastrostomy were the measures adopted. RESULTS The morbidity of complications was effectively controlled (38. 9%). and the mortality lowered (11.1%). CONCLUSION The occurrence of postoperative complications on perforation of carcinoma of esophagus can be effectively prevented or diminished by strict postoperative nursing care and the accomplishment of effective nursing measures, thus reducing the mortality rate.
