摘　　要：莱钢型钢厂大H型钢生产线50t异形坯过跨平车一直存在车轴频繁断裂情况，通过载荷与应力的分析计算找到断裂原因和强度提高的简洁方法，并进行针对性的结构改进和材料升级；改造实施后，杜绝了过跨平车车轴断裂现象。Frequent ruptures occur all the while in the 50-t shaped blank bay wagon for the heavy H-section steel production line in the Section Steel Plant. Through an analysis and calculation of load and stress the cause of rupture and a pithy method to improve its strength were found out. At the same time, a pertinent betterment of structural reform and the upgrade of materials were made. After the reform, the rupture of the wagon＇s wheel shafts was put an end to.
