摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺囊腺瘤和囊腺癌螺旋CT表现及特征。方法回顾分析经病理证实的10例胰腺囊腺瘤和囊腺癌CT影像学特点,10例均行CT平扫及双期增强扫描。结果CT拟诊胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤2例,黏液性囊腺瘤4例,黏液性囊腺癌2例,胰腺假性囊肿1例,胰腺癌1例,其中CT误诊4例。本组病例提示病灶囊壁厚度,有无壁乳头及钙化的存在等影像学特征,对肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断有重要意义。结论通过螺旋CT扫描能够对胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤、黏液性囊腺瘤或囊腺癌作出较为准确的判断。Objective To evaluate the spiral CT features of pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma. Methods CT findings of 10 patients with pathologically proven pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma were retrospectively analysed. Precontrast scaning and dual-phase contrast enhanced CT scanning were undertaken in all cases . Results CT diagnosis in all cases included 2 cases of pancreatic serous cystadenoma ,4 cases of mucinous cystadenoma, 2 caces of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma , 1 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and pseudocyst of pancreatitis,respectively. Among these case , 4 cases were misdiagnosed . This group particularly suggested that the certain CT findings were of great significance in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors, such as thickness of cystic wall , papillary excrescences and presence of calcification. Conclusion Spiral CT is helpful to accurately distinguish pancreatic serous cystadenomas or mucinous cystadenomas from cystadenocarcinomas.
