摘 要:目的:动态观察电针水沟穴对高血压性脑出血大鼠神经功能和血脑屏障的影响,探讨电针治疗高血压性脑出血的作用靶点。方法:SHR大鼠基础上,以胶原酶加肝素脑内尾状核注射的方法建立高血压性脑出血模型,电针水沟穴治疗,采用Bederson神经缺损体征评分法和伊文斯蓝法进行各组大鼠神经缺损行为体征的评价和血脑屏障通透性的检测,并以模型组、假手术组和对照组加以对照。结果:高血压性脑出血模型组大鼠神经缺损行为体征积分和脑组织伊文斯蓝的含量显著增高(与对照组、假手术组比较,P〈0.01),电针治疗组大鼠神经缺损行为体征积分显著减少(与模型组比较,从1天起,P〈0.01),脑组织伊文斯蓝的含量显著降低(与模型组比较,P〈0.05~0.01)。结论:电针可以有效减低高血压性脑出血大鼠血脑屏障通透性,从而减少血管源性水肿对脑组织的损害,促进高血压性脑出血大鼠神经功能的恢复。Objective : Dynamically observe the effect of electroacupuncture with shuigou(Du26) acupoint on neurological function and blood-brain barrier of the rats with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in order to study the targets of eleetroacupuneture for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The rat model was induced hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by injecting collagenase and heparin into the nucleus caudatus of SHR. The therapeutic effect of electroacupuneture on Shuigou ( DU26 ) acupoint for neurological function and the permeability of blood-brain barrier was evaluated with Bederson's neurologie examination and Evan's Blue (EB) and compared with that of model group, sham-operated group and control group. Results : The score of neurologic examination and the content of EB in brain tissue in model group were significantly incresed (vs control group and sham-operated group, P 〈 0.01 ), while in eleetroacupunture treatment group, the score of neurologie examination( vs model group on 1 d, 3d & 7d,P 〈 0.01 ) and the content of EB (vs model group, P 〈 0.05 ~ 0.01 ) was significantly deereased. Conclusion : Electroacupunture may effectively down-regulate the permeability of blood-brain barrier so as to protect the brain from the damage from vasogenic brain edema and promote the recovery of neurological function of the rats with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
