摘  要:目的:探讨津血源颗粒对SS模型鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用弗氏完全佐剂和百日咳、白喉、破伤风联合疫苗+同种鼠颌下腺抗原诱导,同时每天以0.6mg/kg利血平与50mg/kg甲状腺素灌胃,连续4周,建立类似临床SS动物模型。以津血源颗粒对SS模型鼠进行干预,观察津血源颗粒对SS模型鼠CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值和颌下腺病理学改变的影响。结果:SS模型鼠CD4+T细胞增多,CD4+/CD8+比值增高,颌下腺腺泡萎缩及导管狭窄,腺泡及导管周围见明显淋巴细胞浸润。津血源颗粒可减少CD4+T细胞;CD4+/CD8+比值降低;缓解颌下腺损伤并减轻病理改变。结论:津血源颗粒可明显改善SS模型鼠的症状,对SS具有一定的治疗作用。Objective:To study the therapeutic action of healing sicca syndrome (SS) on model rats with Jinxieyuan Granula. Method: Use Freund's complete adjuvant, pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus combined vaccine and glandula angularis of the same race rats antigen derivation. Supply intragastrie administration with 0.6mg/kg apoplon and 50mg/kg tetraiodothyronine to establish animal model of clinical SS. Interfere in SS model rats with Jinxieyuan Granula and observe its effect on SS model rats with salivary secretion funetion, body weight, food - intake, watere - intake and the exponent of thoracic gland and glandula angularis. Result :Jinxieyuan Granula can increase food -intake, body weight and salivary secretion of model rats. It also can elieve dry mouth symptom, decrease watere - intake and delay the analosis of thoracic gland and glandula angularis on model rats. Conclusion: Jinxieyuan Granula can obviously improve the symptom of SS model rats. It has positive therapeutic action with SS.
