温中健脾汤治疗消化性溃疡远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温中健脾汤治疗消化性溃疡的远期疗效。方法:随机分成治疗组55例,对照组51例。对照组予奥美拉唑胶囊口服;治疗组予温中健脾汤加减口服,7周1个疗程。凡HP阳性者先抗HP治疗1周。所有患者于治疗前、疗程结束后1个月分别胃镜检查,随访1年。结果:近期疗效:胃镜疗效比较:治疗组总有效率98.18%;对照组总有效率96.08%,P>0.05。治疗组高质量愈合率72.73%;对照组高质量愈合率37.25%,P<0.05。远期疗效:停药1年内胃镜随访疗效比较:治疗组复发率7.5%;对照组复发率33.3%,P<0.05。结论:温中健脾汤能调整发病者体质,提高溃疡愈合质量,取得较为满意的远期疗效。Objective：To observe long - term curative effect of peptic ulcer patients treated by decoction of warming middle invigorating spleen. Methods：Randomly divided into treatment group 55 eases,control group 51 cases. Omeprazole was taken orally in control group;and decoction of warming middle invigorating spleen adding or subtracting was given in treatment group, a course of treatment was seven weeks. People with HP positive were given the anti - HP treatment one week. Every patient will give the gastroscopy before the treatment and a month after the course of treatment, follow - up one year. Results ： Recent curative effect： the gastroscopy curative effect comparison ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.18% ; and control group was 96.08%, P 〉 0.05. Healing rate of high - quality of treatment group was 72.73% ;and control group was 37.25% ,P 〈 0.05. long -term curative effect： follow -up of gastroscopy curative effect comparison in one year after stopping medication： Relapse rate of treatment group was 7.5% ; and control group was 33.3% ,P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion：Decoction of warming middle invigorating spleen can adjust the constitution of patients, improve healing quality of ulcer,and get more satisfied with the long- term curative effect.
