摘　　要：硬腭黏骨膜瓣(简称腭瓣)制备容易、成活率高,可制作成带血管蒂瓣、随意瓣和游离瓣等修复口腔颌面部的软组织缺损,尤其是口腔内较小面积的软组织缺损。本文就目前腭瓣的临床应用作一综述,以期对临床工作提供一定的参考。Hard palatal mucoperiosteum flap has merits of manufacturing easily and high survival rate. It can be manufactured pedicle flap with blood vessel, random flap, free flap to repair the defects of soft tissues of oral maxillofaeial region, especially to the defects of smaller area on oral soft tissues. This article was an overview of clinical application of hard palatal mucoperiosteum flap, proposing to provide choices to clinical surgical works.
