摘　　要：通过对研究生从事专兼职辅导员的意向进行了调研,指出在建设研究型大学的过程中,要积极引导研究生从事本科生兼职辅导员工作,完善辅导员的选聘、培养工作,破解辅导员的"过渡"心理,打造一支业务素质过硬的思政工作队伍。Based on a survey on post - graduates~ intention o~ being either a {ull time or a part time col- lege advisor, this paper points out that in constructing a research- oriented university, we should eh-courage post -graduates to become college advisors, perfect the selecting and training work, speed up the transition and build a quality ideological and political work team.
