植物生长调节剂及其施用时间对烤烟香气质量的影响

摘　　要：以云烟87为材料,通过大田试验研究了1号、2号2种不同植物生长调节剂(自配)和施用时间对烤烟香气质量的影响.结果表明,2号植物生长调节剂的综合效果优于1号;植物生长调节剂对香气质量的影响与其施用时间有关,打顶后第2天喷施2号植物生长调节剂可有效增加5种致香成分含量,并对提高新植二烯含量和致香成分总量有利,打顶后第6天喷施2号植物生长调节剂有利于提高类西柏烷类和新植二烯以外致香成分含量,感官评吸质量也以上述两处理较好.The effects of different plant growth regulators and function time on aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied in field experiments by using a tobacco cultivar Yunyan87, to select a best combination and provide a theory basis for improving quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that aroma quality was influenced differently by the two plant growth regulators and different time of application. The total effect of No.2 was better than that of No.l. The total contents of neutral aroma, neophytadiene and five neutral aroma components contents were increased in the treatment with spraying of regulator No.2 on the leaf after topping two days. And the cembranenoid and total aroma components except for neophytadiene contents were increased with spraying it after topping six days. The above two treatments also have better sensory evaluation quality. So spraying plant growth regulator No.2 after topping two and six days can improve the aroma quality of tobacco leaves and increase the industrial usability.
