摘　　要：电力体制改革以后,国家电网公司成为自负盈亏的经济实体,对成本管理工作给予了前所未有的高度重视。近年来,在这项工作取得了积极进展的同时,也存在一些问题导致了公司成本支出居高不下。国家电网公司构建标准成本管理体系,将有利于缓解电网建设压力,降低电网建设成本,更有利于合理规范和有效控制输配电成本,提高公司业绩。After the reformation of electric power system, the state grid corporation of China grows to be economy entity that is responsible for one＇s own profit and loss, and thus pays close attention to the cost management. In the past few years, this subject has made progress, but it also leads to some problems. This results in the high cost, which can not be cut off. And in the state grid corporation of China, standard cost management will be widely used.
