摘  要:化学电源在很多领域中起到非常重要的作用,所以对电源产品的组合管理提出更高的要求。而影响电源组合可靠性关键的因素是单体电池的一致性。主要采用贝叶斯判别模型对单体电池的合格品与不合格品的三种分类标准做出正确的判别。结果表明,按众多输出技术指标差异性分类标准可行;按输入指标一致性分类标准效果不佳;按因子分析模型和层次分析模型结论分类标准实际可行。从而为组合电池的筛选和确保组合电池的质量可靠性发挥重要的作用,进而对空间卫星、飞船等系统用电源技术的发展起到积极的推动作用。The chemical power plays a very important role in many fields, so a higher request to the management of the power' combination is put forward. However, the key factor influencing the reliability of power's combination is the consistency of single cells. So bayes discriminative model was adopted in this paper to correctly distinguish the qualified and unqualified single cells according to three classified standards. The results show that the classified standard by many high or low outputting technical indicators is feasible; the classified standard by the consistency of inputting indicators is ineffective; the classified standard by the conclusions of factor analysis model and layer analysis model is feasible. Those standards plays an important role in choosing combined batteries and ensuring the quality and reliability of combined batteries, what's more, promots the development of space satellites, spacecraft, and other technologies.
