高新技术企业自主创新的动力机制研究

摘　　要：高新技术企业是发展高新技术产业的重要基础,是调整产业结构与提高国家竞争力的生力军,在我国经济发展中占有十分重要的战略地位。文章分析了高新技术企业自主创新的内涵及动因,讨论了在诸多动因的带动下高新技术企业进行自主创新所产生的基本行为。As an indispensable foundation of the development of high-tech industry and a driving force for industrial upgrading and national competitiveness, high-tech enterprises have an important and strategic role to play in China＇s economic development. The article analyzes the connotation and motivation of independent innovation on the part of high-tech enterprises and discusses the basic actions taken by high-tech enterprises based on indigenous innovation driven by multiple forces.
