摘　　要：文章分析了楼宇智能化专业人才紧缺的状况及建设和发展背景,论述了高等职业教育楼宇智能化专业的培养目标,以及知识、能力、素质结构,提出了专业建设和发展目标,阐述了专业建设的基本思路与实践。The article analyzes the shortage of the professional talents in the intelligentized building and the development background of it, providing insights into the training goals for the major of the intelligentized building in higher vocational education and the structure of its knowledge, capability and quality. Meanwhile, the article proposes plans and goals about this major＇s development, and explains the basle ideas and practice of it.
