摘 要:采用FRAP、TEAC及ORAC三种体外抗氧化活性测定体系,分别测定了罗汉果花中5个黄酮甙类单体化合物的抗氧化活性,测定结果以μmolTrolox/g统一表示,并以此分析罗汉果花中黄酮甙类化合物的构效关系。结果表明,罗汉果花黄酮甙类化合物中,SF1-6-2和SF-3具有很好的抗氧化活性,原因是其结构中的7,3-位羟基是黄酮甙元的活性基团,是影响其抗氧化活性的关键基团,如果羟基糖甙化、羟基甲基化等都会使其抗氧化活性降低。By FRAP, TEAC and ORAC assays, the total antioxidant capacity of five flavonol glycosides compounds, isolated from the flower of S. grosvenorri, was evaluated in term of μmol/g Trolox equivalent (μmol TE/g). And the structure-activity relationship of flavonol glycosides compounds was investigated according to the results. The results showed that, SF1-6-3 and SF-3 had significant antioxidant activity among the five flavonoids. Based on the correlation between the structure and activity,7-hydroxyl and 3-hydroxyl groups at the aglycone were found to be well related to the activity. Methylation of 7-hydroxy group or glycosylation of 3-hydroxy group will decrease its activity.
