摘 要:目的研究多层螺旋CT三维成像对治疗埋伏阻生牙中的应用价值。方法对23例儿童埋伏阻生牙患者,利用多层螺旋CT三维成像技术,获得埋伏阻生牙的相关信息,以指导埋伏阻生牙的治疗。结果多层螺旋CT三维成像能清晰的显示埋伏阻生牙在颌骨中的形态、唇、腭侧位置、萌出方向及与邻牙的关系。结论多层螺旋CT三维成像技术是精确显示埋伏阻生牙形态、位置的影像学技术,可作为儿童埋伏阻生牙治疗的指导性检查手段。Objective To study the useful value of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) and three-dimension tecnichques in impacted-teeth. Methods 23 cases with impacted-teeth were examined by MSCT. All cases received three-dimension tecnichque for reconstruction. To get the information of impactedteeth. Results The reconstruction image can clearly present the dental surface image including crow, root, and neck,labial or palatal location , eruption orientation and relation with dentition in bone. Conclusion Muhislice spiral computed tomography and three-dimension tecnichque is a tecnichque to display the dental surface image and labial or palatal location, eruption orientation and relation with dentition in bone. This tecnichque can be ap- plied to examine impacted-teethe in bone.
