摘 要:目的研究多媒体课件辅助PDG教学法在内分泌科临床教学中的应用和教学效果。方法以我院内分泌科临床见习的中山大学2004级临床医学系学生课程为平台,采取随机分组及平行对照的方法进行比较研究。结果理论及操作出科考试结果显示采用多媒体课件辅助PDG教学法组的学生较采用传统授课教学法的学生学习效果有明显提高(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示学生们对多媒体课件辅助PDG教学法有较大兴趣,大部分学生认同此教学法。结论采用多媒体课件辅助PDG教学法优于传统教学法的教学效果。Objective To study the effectiveness of multimedia courseware assisting problem-discussguidance (PDG) teaching methods in endocrinology teaching. Methods The performance records were compared after the students of Sun Yat-sen University 2004 probationary students of clinical medicine attended probation with muhimedia courseware assisting problem-discuss-guidance (PDG)teaching methods or traditional teaching method. Methods Multimedia courseware assisting PDG teaching methods was obviously better than traditional teaching methods on their theory and operation test score (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; The questionnaire survey show that the students have a greater interest in courseware assisting PDG teaching methods, Most of the students agree with this teaching method. Conclusion Effect of teaching with combination of multimedia courseware and PDG teaching methods have more advantage than the traditional teaching methods.
