长春瑞滨加顺铂治疗复发非霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究长春瑞滨、顺铂联合(NP方案)治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效及不良反应。方法长春瑞滨25mg/m2静脉注射,第1、8天,顺铂80mg/m2,静脉滴注第1～4天,21d为1个周期,2周期后评估疗效。结果有效率为72.1%,完全缓解率(CR)为27.9%,部分缓解率(PR)为34.2%,主要不良反应为:骨髓抑制:白细胞减少发生率为81.6%,便秘53.7%,其他不良反应少或轻微。结论NP方案治疗复发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效好,不良反应轻,可作为复发非霍奇金淋巴瘤的二线治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of vinorelbine combined with cisplatin （ NP regimen） for non-hodgkin lymphoma. Methods vinorelbine was administered in day 1 to 8, 25 mg/m^2, i.v. combining with eisplatin of 80 mg/m^2 , i. v. gtt. day1-4, every 21 days per cycle. The therapeutic effect was evaluated every ＇two cycles. Results A response rate （RR） of 72. 1% was achieved, and the complete remission （CR） rate, partial remission （PR） rate were 27. 9% and 34. 2%, respectively. The main toxicities were bone marrow suppression and constipation, .and the incidence were 81.6% and 53.7% , while the other kinds of toxities were mild and rarely observed. Conclusion The NP regimen was Efficacious in recurrent NHL with good tolerance and recommended to be second line of therapy for recurrent NHL.
