透明晶状体摘出联合人工晶状体植入术矫正高度近视的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨透明晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视的临床治疗效果。方法对21例(37眼)高度近视行透明晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,观察术中、术后并发症以及术后视力改善情况,术后随访时间6～18月,平均12月。结果术后裸眼视力低于0.2者1眼,0.2～0.5者3眼,0.5～0.9者32眼,≥1.0者1眼,矫正视力0.2～0.5者2眼,0.5～0.9者28眼,≥1.0者7眼,较术前均有显著提高。术后4眼出现后囊轻度浑浊,未见黄斑水肿和视网膜脱离等并发症。结论通过仔细的术前检查,并掌握娴熟的手术技巧,透明晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术能够作为治疗高度近视安全、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of clear lens phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens for correcting high myopia. Methods Clear lens phacoemulsification and intraoeular lens implantation were performed on 21 cases （37 eyes ） of high myopia. The complications and visual acuity were observed. The follow-up time was 6 - 18 months, meanly 12 months. Results The postoperative naked visual acuity was less than 0.2 in 1 eye, 0.2 -0.5 in 3 eyes, 0.5 -0.9 in 32 eyes and over 1.0 in 1 eye. The postoperative corrected visual acuity was 0.2 - 0.5 in 2 eyes, 0.5 - 0.9 in 28 eyes and over 1.0 in 7 eyes. Both the naked and the corrected visual acuity were higher than the preoperated ones. Posterior capsular opacity was found in 4 eyes. Retinal detachment and macular edema were not observed. Condusion Together with detailed preoperative examination and skillful surgery technique, clear lens extraction and intraoeular lens implantation for the treatment of high myopia can be a safe and effective method.
