摘　　要：湿病是湿邪蕴积于人体而产生的一类疾病,时刻重视阳气在体内的通达是仲景论治湿病一大特色。仲景论湿详于外湿而略于内湿。《金匮要略》明言治湿禁忌:禁大汗、禁攻下、禁火攻。Damp disease is caused by the retention of pathogenic dampness in the interior, Zhongjing＇ s therapies for damp disease are characterized by the much attention to the smooth circulation of yang-qi in the body. Zhongjing had a detailed discussion on damp disease on the exterior, but a brief discussion on the interior： Three contraindications were expounded in Synopsis of Pre, scription of the Golden Chamber： excessive perspiration, purgation and fire purgation.
