摘　　要：从体针疗法、电针疗法、眼针疗法、舌针、穴位注射、综合疗法对针灸治疗血管性痴呆作了综述。认为针刺疗法对血管性痴呆的治疗取得了满意的临床疗效,突出了针灸简、便、廉、验的优势。指出：存在诸多问题,如分型标准不够完善,诊断标准、治疗方案有待统一,科研设计思路不够严谨等,还需要在科研思路和方法的客观性、科学性上进一步提高。From the body acupuncture, electric acupuncture therapy, eye - acupuncture therapy ,latch needle ,aeupoint injection, combined therapy of acupuncture in treatment of vascular dementia were reviewed. Consider acupuncture for the treatment of vascular dementia to obtain a satisfactory clinical efficacy, highlighting acupuncture Jane, then, inexpensive and inspection advantages. Pointed out that many problems exist, such as substandard is not perfect, diagnostic criteria, treatment programs to be unified, research design, such as not stringent enough, also need to research ideas and methods of objectivity, to further improve on the scientific nature.
