摘　　要：胡志敏教授认为,原发性肝癌的根本原因是毒邪内生,邪凝毒聚,渐成积块。主要病机是脾虚肝郁。初期以脾虚为主,治宜益气健脾,疏肝理气,软坚散结;中期气滞血瘀,热毒互结,治宜疏肝健脾,行气活血;晚期气血不足,津液亏虚,治宜益气养阴,滋补肝肾。同时重视整体观念,辨证施治,衷中参西。Professor Hu Zhi - min consider the root causes of primary liver cancer are drugs endogenous evil, evil drug poly condensate, shape the plot block. The main pathogenesis is stagnation of liver deficiency. Early to deficiency mainly Yiqi Jianpi, liver qi, Ruanjian Sanjie, medium Qizhi Xueyu, Reduqing Phlegm, Shugan Jianpi, Qi and promoting blood circulation, insufficient blood late, body fluid loss true, Yiqi Yangyin, nourishing the liver and kidney. At the same time great importance to the overall concepts, diagnosis and giving of treatment in the Senate sincerely West.
