摘　　要：目的:探讨来曲唑对大鼠子宫内膜异位症异位内膜survivin表达的影响。方法:用自体子宫内膜移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型,随机将建模成功的大鼠分为生理盐水对照组、来曲唑治疗组,用免疫组化法检测各组异位内膜survivin的表达。结果:随着来曲唑治疗时间延长,异位内膜survivin表达显著降低,各组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症可能与降低survivin的表达有关。Objective：To explore the effect of letrozole on the expression of survivin in ectopic erosions of endometriotic rats. Methods：First, the rat endometriosis models were established with self transformation of the eutopic endometrium. Then the successful models were randomly divided into two groups：NS treated group and letrozole treated group. Ectopic endometrium in every group were removed for detecting survivin-expression via immunohistochemistry. Results ： With time going on after latrozole treatment, the expression of survivin was dramatically decreasing, which had stastic significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The treament effect of letrozol on EMs may be related with decreased expression of survivin.
