公安教育改革创新中高校教材建设的基本原则

摘　　要：公安高校教材建设是优化课程建设,提高教学质量的基础性工程。教材水平标志着学校的师资、教学和科研水平,是不断提高人才培养质量的重要保证。在公安教育改革创新中,高校教材建设必须注重知识系统性与公安特色相融、科学性蕴涵思想性、简明性与完整性兼顾、先进性与教学实用性相适应和整体优化五个基本原则,遵循教材建设的规律和特点,切实加强教材建设。The textbook development is one of the basic projects for police colleges to optimize their curriculum construction and promote their teaching quality. The level of textbooks, which symbolizes the quality of a college＇s teachers, teaching and research, can ensure the quality of developing talent cultivation. During textbook development in the reforms and innovation of police colleges, five principles should be paid attention, such as： to combine knowledge system with police features, to make scientificity contain ideological nature, to pursue both simplification and integrity, to adapt advancement to practicality, and to optimize it as a whole. To enhance the textbook development effectively also needs to follow the rule and characteristics in it.
