摘  要:目的分析蒙药阿给炭挥发油中的化学成分。方法在阿给炭中加入醋酸乙酯进行超声提取,经离心后,提取上清液进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析。结果通过NIST标准质谱图库进行检索鉴定各化合物,按峰面积归一化法计算各化合物在挥发油中的百分含量,共鉴定出21个化合物。结论阿给炭挥发油的主要成分为2,4-二树丁基苯酚(4.4%)、十四酸(6.96%)、n-十六酸(7.69%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(6.37%)、软脂酸-2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯(4.79%)、硬脂酸-2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯(4.77%)。Objective To analyze the components of the essential oils from Artemisia frigide Willd carbonisatus. Methods Artemisiafrigide Willd carbonisatus were extracted by ultrasound with ethylacetate, then centrifugal filtrated to obtain supernatant. The essential oil were analyzed by GC - MS. Results The essential oil were searched through NIST. The contents of the essential oil were determined by method of normalization, 21 components were identified. Conclusion The main components of essential oils are 2,4 -bis( 1,1 - dimethylethyl) phenol (4.4%), tetradecanoic acid (6.96%) , n - hexadecanoic acid (7.69%), (Z, Z) 9,12 -cctadecadienoic acid (6.37%), hexadecanoic acid -2 - hydroxy - 1 - (hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester (4.79%) and octadecanoic acid - 2 - hydroxy - 1 - (hyd roxy methyl) ethyl ester (4.77%), respectively.
