公安培训教育的现状与发展

摘　　要：公安培训教育主要包括新警上岗培训、警衔晋升培训、业务知识培训和新知识培训。培训的根本任务是不断提高公安民警的综合素质,培养具有高度的政治觉悟、良好的业务素质、较强的执法能力、熟练的警察技能和体魄强健的公安专门人才。在经济全球化的今天,对公安队伍的整体素质要求逐步提高,伴随公安民警职业生涯的培训教育要不断改革发展。因此,认清当前公安培训教育的现状、寻求发展之路,是现阶段公安培训教育改革的重点。PoliCe training education chiefly includes new recruits training, police rank promotion training, professional knowledge training and new knowledge training. The essential tasks of training are to improve the comprehensive quality of the policemen consistently, foster professional police talents with high level political consciousness, good professional quality, strong enforcement competency, skilled police techniques and strong body. At present of economic globalization times,the training education for the police career must be reformed and refreshed as a result of the inereasing requirements to the police overall quality, thus the emphasis of police training education reform at present is to understand the current situation and seek a way of development.
