摘 要:首先对磁场定向控制理论进行了详细分析,比较后采用间接磁场定向的控制方法,并建立基于同步电流内环、转速外环的双闭环控制结构。由于电流反馈环路引入了耦合关系,采用给定电流和反馈电流的偏差引入异步电动机的外部解耦支路来抵消异步电动机交叉耦合电压项的耦合作用,消除其耦合影响。根据所述的控制系统,搭建了基于DSP的实验平台,并进行了相应特性实验。实验结果表明该控制系统实现了磁通与转矩解耦控制,系统的静、动态性能良好。The indirect field orientation control theory is introduced in detail firstly in this paper. The comparison between direct field orientation control and indirect field orientation control is carried. Finally, the indirect vector control system is made as the research target and double close loop control systems which contain synchronous current inside loop and speed outside loop are introduced. The introduction of current feedback loop brings with coupling effect, and the control system uses the difference of the given current and feedback current to decouple the coupling effect. The indirect field orientation control systems based on DSP are established and characteristic experiments are done. The results show that the control systems realize decoupling between magnetic flux and torque, and the dynamic and static performance of the control system is all right.
