摘 要:采用普通级卤片经"卤片-氨水法"制备纳米碱式氯化镁晶须,并采用硅烷偶联剂(γ-MPS)对其进行表面改性。以改性后的纳米碱式氯化镁晶须为原料,乙醇/水为分散介质体系,通过水溶性引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行表面接枝聚合反应。通过红外分析、扫描电镜和X射线衍射表征了纳米碱式氯化镁晶须/γ-MPS/PMMA纳米复合材料的结构及形态。分别讨论了乙醇/水介质体系、反应时间对晶须形态和悬浮接枝聚合反应的影响,通过正交设计分析了反应时间、反应温度、单体浓度、引发剂用量对接枝率及接枝效率的影响,得出了最佳接枝聚合反应条件。The nano sized basic magnesium chloride whiskers, which were prepared via liquid reac tion at the atmospheric pressure with brine and ammonia, were modified with γ-MPS. The nanocomposite particles were synthesized via free radical polymerization, which were initiated by K2S2O8(KPS), a water-soluble initiator, in ethanol/water mixture. The nanocomposite particles were characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The influences of disperse medium and reaction time on the morphology of the whisker were studied. The effect of reaction temperature and time, concentration of initiator and monomer on the graft ratio and graft efficiency were also discussed. The optimum conditions of the graft polymerization of MMA onto nano-sized basic magnesium chloride whisker were determined by orthogonal experiments.
