摘　　要：《素问》五运六气时绪观是独特的中医时间规律理念,以时空一体化表达、时间"神转不回"与"周而复始"矛盾调谐、层析与集合思维方法为基础;从不同时间层次或视角进行自然、生命、病疴规律的层析观察与集合分析,以五运六气、运气相临逐层叠加的方法实现不同规律的调谐。通过胜复、郁发、虚实之位等方法,修正实际变迁的偏移波动,达到五运六气时间规律的稳态更替,引导临床实践顺时有度,实现养生目标。The time-sequence conception of five movements and six climatic factors in Plain Questions is a special TCM logos of temporal regularity, by which the chromatographic observation and set analysis were given from different temporal layers and angles of view based on the expression of spatial-temporal integration, harmonization of time circulation and movement in cycles, and the particular thought foundation of laminar analysis and convergent thinking goal motivity. The method of adjacent layer-by-layer superposition of five movements and six climatic factors was used to harmonize different laws. The migration and fluctuation of practical changes were corrected, steady substitution of time-sequence laws of five movements and six climatic factors was achieved, clinical practices were guided, and the goal of timesequence maintain was realized through the methods of alternate preponderance, stagnation-removing and deficiency and excess position-setting.
